Glimmerings Sources & Chapter Summaries
While the Glimmerings text is based predominantly on the Dawn-Breakers, we have sometimes made use of materials from sources other than the Dawn-Breakers. These sources are referenced in the Glimmerings text where applicable.
Furthermore, while the general text of the Glimmerings is our wording, wherever it says, for example, Mullá Husayn said “… …” or the Báb said “… …”, such quotes are not our wording but are all quoted from the Dawn-Breakers or another source. The source for each quote is always referenced in the text where applicable.
What follows is a summary listing of the content of each chapter and their main sources. The full list of the sources used is given at the end of the summary section.
