Survivors of the Zanján Upheaval
Most of the survivors of the Zanján upheaval were women and children. Incredibly, despite all the persecution they faced, they continued to exemplify the same spiritual heroism which they had shown under the banner of Hujjat. While there are many stories of these survivor children, we will recount two: those of Ashraf and Naqd-‘Alí. Both will grow to become immortal youth martyrs.
